No, not the type you might expect, with human-hunting robots & such, but just H2's new series:

I watched the premiere episode last week, & though it seemed a bit slow-paced, it was interesting. Lighter than air ships are returning, according to that episode. This week, it focuses on Mega Trucks.

I love H2 so much. I have not had the opportunity to watch this series yet but am interested in doing so at some point.

There was a time when documentaries & science programs were all I watched. Now, they are the fewest of what I watch.

I'd like to see the new Cosmos aired on FOX and the National Geographic channels. Carl Sagan's Cosmos was really wonderful so I hope this one is just as good with the updated information.

It was on last night, I have it, but have yet to watch it. Oddly, Sagan did a better job of making the subject relevant to history than H's THE UNIVERSE does.

I enjoyed The Universe though I did have to wonder why it was on the History Channel. Sometimes networks and their decision making as to which network will air which show baffles me. What with channels like Animal Planet airing shows like Wild West Alaska and it having nothing to do with animals really... They're playing Dirty Jobs on Animal Planet as well, and although I love the show I really cannot understand why it's on Animal Planet. True many segments have the host among animals, but not always.

I watched COSMOS #1 the other day, I think it may be an update on the science though otherwise it merely replaces Sagan with deGrasse Tyson, as the narrator & face of the series. I think the original is currently available on NF streaming.
Back to the topic: That dump truck is totally amazing!

I watched Cosmos with my partner last night as it was available On Demand, I really liked it. It really put things into scale and set things up for people to understand placement and time. It really made me long for my old days when I was pursuing astronomy as my primary area of study in college. The animation was also really wonderful. It was a joy.
