Site Improvement Suggestion...

Hey. I was thinking about the site and how it might be able to be improved. I suggest we add a shout-box and maybe a forum money system that reqards people for being active?
I also have several ideas about car insurance

The chat-box has been proposed many times already. The problem each time if I remember correctly was that it couldn't be moderated easily.
About the money system, I don't really understand its purpose

I think a chat box could moderate itself. Just make sure it's members only and I am SURE it would work out fine! When is the last time a REAL fight has broken out on the forums between members? Some petty bantering for funs sake but I have never seen a full on fight.
And forum money like... 5 credits for every time you reply to a post 20 for every time you make a new post. 1 credit for every 5 minutes your online then you can use the money to buy forum extras like name changes, custom user titles, larger avatars ext ext

Let's see... a few days ago I think
Well ok, it wasn't a full generalized fight, and it isn't frequent either, but it was pretty serious and a member got a sanction.

My point is it doesn't happen NEARLY often enough to rule out having a chat box. It would do more good than bad.

If an IRC link is recorded, moderators can verify complaints and remove user access. Also access should be by request only and moderators would have to approve users first, so past troublemakers would not be approved without review.

I was thinking something along the lines of a chat on Facebook where it's private or a group chat with a lot of people. I'm not sure how moderating works on that though (probably none because there's like a billion people on FB)
