I know of the museum in Tezukas home town. But I thought I heard there was a Tezuka store in Tokyo similar to how there's a Disney store in New York. I tried to look up information on this but I just keep getting referred to the museum. Does anyone know for sure?

Hm. If you're planning on going to Toukyou anytime soon I really would suggest going through a travel agency or with a tour group. Your tour guide might be able to help in finding a store that sells Tezuka goods. Going to the Akihabara district might also give you results as Akihabara is the "otaku capital" of the world. If you want anime goods, you are definitely going to want to go there, you might get some nice results.

I wish I knew for certain if there were more than one Tezuka store but I just don't know.

Oh, thank you :) Akihabara sounds cool. I'll keep that in mind.

It's really quite a sight. I have not been there myself but I've had a friend who went. It's really easier to go to Japan with a group, and it's also cheaper in some cases as they have packages and such. It's only detrimental in that these groups don't let you go off on your own too much so you don't experience the 'real' Japan too much. But for a first time visiting it's great!
