I mentioned before that I was going to cosplay Tobio-chan for Ai-Kon. I tried cosplaying Tobio from 2003, casual gear, not the what I expect to have been a school uniform.
For those who don't know Ai-Kon is an anime convention, and last weekend I attended it for the first time. Almost $40 admission and I was there for 8 hours (I wish I could have stayed longer, but I was too excited to sleep the night before so I was tired). Anyway, I put this costume together in a week, so it is not the best. Also my aunt cut my hair, but she is not very familiar with this stuff so my hair looked more like Atomu since only Astro Boy fans know who Tobio is.

The major difference between Tobio's hair and Atoms would be using a little less hair gell since Atoms spikes are sharper, Tobio's look more like cowlicks. A touch up with a hairbrush would do the trick. Not bad though!

Looks pretty good to me, I've never ever seen everyone cosplay as Tobio before.

Great cosplay! I agree with Tetsuwan Penguin about the hair spikes, but that should be pretty easy to fix.
This is the first time I've seen a Tobio cosplay too.
