Does anyone know at what age do Japanese teaching students graduate from school?

Just wondering. Also, if one student wishes to teach in an elementary school after graduation but the other is aiming for, let's say, being a Biology teacher in a secondary school or high school, do these two graduate from teaching college at a different age? Thanks.
