Halloween is in a few days from now. I did a little pumpkin decoration on a little pumpkin. I plan on entering this in my company's pumpkin carving contest.

I LOVE IT!!! :w00t:

I'd load some pictures of my pumpkin... but I ate it (I usually eat them before I carve them because pumpkin is one of my favorite foods), I made cookies, a stir-fry and pancakes with the one I got. And I roasted all the seeds and have been munching on them.

Trick or treat was last night, here in Hanover, Pa. If I were going to have it on any day but the 31st, it would be in November, so I could buy the candy at clearance prices.

As much as I like creative Jack o lanterns, & the one above is really good, I was saddened to seem the bins that had contained watermelons filled with pumpkins.

I saw a thing on the news about a house in California which has a very elaborate light display. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/calif-families-forced-turn-halloween-light-display-article-1.1991715

What did you use for the black, Tetsuwan?

I carved the pumpkin with a Dremel, masked it with painters tape, and used a can of black spray paint. Astros spikes are made from heavy masking tape and were attached with hot melt glue.
