Does anybody know what this is? The title translates as "Big X"

Oh!

Big X is a anime about a soldiers son or something (I'm not looking it up again) and how he fights Nazis with their own weapon.
How I am familiar with this is because I saw him in Astro Boy Omega Factor and was curious, so I looked it up.

I have the Japanese dvd set i might even be the only one in the west that has it xd since there doesn't seem to be any demand for it like with Astro boy or W3 or even some other's that are somewhat known.
