Japanese commercial for Phoenix video game

Apparantly there was a video game based on Tezuka's Phoenix for the Nintendo (or Famicom in Japan) and I found the Japanese ad for it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dRLqnWdV7rg thought you'd all find it interesting.
