Should I Get Windows 10

I have the option to download Windows 10 for free just as I was able to with Windows 8.1, but I am unsure if I should.
Are there any legitimate concerns with this operating system that I should be aware of? Is this a waste of time?
I don't do a lot of social media with my computer. I mainly use it for gaming and internet browsing and school work.

I've had the option as well to reserve a copy of Windows 10 on my computer for the past month, but I've held off for the time being. Considering it won't be released until July 29, I'm reserving judgment until after that date when there's more hands-on reviews of it.
I'm no tech expert though, and I'm pretty comfortable with Windows 7, so I don't know if I will upgrade in the foreseeable future.
I did find this article though, which seems to be pretty good:

You can also check out the Wikipedia page for it:

Here is techspot's page about it:

I subscribed to their forum on this issue, & from that discussion, it seems best to wait nearly a year until many of the bugs have been resolved. Some even say that the free release of 10 is a beta version, or at least, serves that purpose.

I absolutely loved Windows 7 and the shift to Windows 8 on my new laptop was such a huge difference I absolutely hated it and how app-driven it was, but I eventually got used to it once I found out all the applications on my computer had a desktop versions that weren't so annoying.
I got a free upgrade to 8.1 and that solved a lot of the issues I was having and I'm pretty content now with it.
As for waiting I also think it's a good idea and I may just do that for a while just to see what people say about it, or at least until I can see and read reviews of how it runs and what any major user issues are.

It depends on whether you have an installation disc; I cannot think of anything that would hinder you, assuming you have that.

Dual boot, or under a VM?
