What exactly do you not understand? There are many things that can be not understood out there :D

Edit: I also turned your image so it is easier to see. Turning the head sideway don't make understanding easy :p

The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.

That's vocabulary problem, best thing would be to ask the person who assigned you the homework. Otherwise, a little search on Wikipedia can yield some results ;)

Supplementary and complementary angles.
Congruent angles.

I must say I don't understand either, I am not familiar with that kind of notation  I learned maths in Europe, and I suspect USA uses different notations. Again, the best thing is to ask your assigner. In this particular case, you are not asking for the solution, you are asking for clarifications. After all, understanding the question is vital to find the correct answer ;)

You can also look up "how to" videos on youtube. There are channels on youtube that show you how to solve various kinds of math problems and they were immensely helpful for me during college (I am a visual learner, I need to SEE it being solved otherwise it's not going to work).
