Favorite season?

I thought this might be an interesting question to ask. You can only choose one season in the poll.

Summer is definitely my favorite season. Where I live, it's a dry heat, so it's not like more humid places where you feel like you're underwater when you walk outside. The dry heat is bearable to me, even when it gets to be hot.

I also like not having to layer up on clothes like you do in winter. In my opinion, you can dress more comfortably in summer.

What about you guys? What's your favorite season?

I've always liked fall the best. Where I live it can sometimes get too humid in the spring and summer, but even when it's not I don't do too well in heat.

And I'm the opposite, I like layering I like my fall/winter wardrobe a lot better. I like wearing jackets and my dresses that are a bit too heavy for summer.

Though early fall is the best. I love it when it's just starting to cool down so you can wear pants and a light jacket. When it's warm in the sun but there's a nice cool breeze and the air feels crisp.

I like winter best. I'm a lot like you Uran-chama! I also do a lot of layering and wearing things that generally are not the best choice for warmer weather.

I love how pretty winter is here, how the snow glitters like opals. I love the stillness, how little people are actually out and about because it gets too cold for most. It may also have to do I was born in winter as well.

When I lived up north it was summer. Since moving to Florida I think late fall through early spring are the best.

On another note where I live the weather is weird; our summers are hot and dry and we get fires everywhere as a result, both Spring and Autumn are usually freezing cold with snow showing up usually by Halloween and lasting until about mid-April. Though that has been changing a lot lately, last time I saw any significant snow here was probably in 2011.

Mid Spring and Mid Autumn are a close second for me in comfort though. Mid Spring the snow is mostly gone and is not blisteringly hot and mid Autumn does not have the heat of Summer anymore and the leaves are all orange and red.

Looks like this winter though will be hot again, it's still getting up to the 70s when we should be in the 50s and 40s.

I have never liked heat, and I'm not afraid of cold (could sustain -15 Celsius degrees a few years ago). So naturally I have a preference for winter

I really love winter, mainly because where I live it gets very hot and stays that way for 65% of the year. So when it gets to winter time it cools down and everyone seems happier! I could rant about winter forever haha

I guess if you live where it never gets cold enough to snow winter would be your favorite season. Of course if you are a skiing freak you would also like winter. Moderate cold never bothered me so long as it wasn't windy!
