It can be a pretty stressful time of the year for everyone so I hope that all have a good season no matter what you do or do not celebrate!

I had a pleasant evening with my fiance's family and this time I was not degraded to "This is my granddaughter's roommate" by their grandmother. No family drama, got a little cash and some really good food. Got to have the ceremonial salmon.

ps : yesterday i've reading in mangafox "Hi no Tori" chapter 2 from "the Sun" and poor japanese version of Skunk is beaten by a dead "wereworlf" a boy with wolf head namde Kuchi'Inu : stupid animal!!!!

Our next door neighbors had their annual family Christmas get together, and they invited us, as usual. Their grandson and granddaughter have grown so much! I remember when they were both little kids playing in the inflatable pool in the driveway! (Makes you feel a little old....). It was a clear night and we were able to see the ISS pass overhead. Well yet ANOTHER Xmas eve gone, hope everyone out there had a good one!

i WENT TO MY sister's house a week ago, the whole family was there: mom, we 5 kids, 4 spouses, their kids & the 3 4th generation great nephews and niece. Lasagna was served of two types, & garlic bread. 
(<-- would be nice to have a lips licking smiley).
Yesterday, thankfully Xmas came & went w/o incident.
Many years ago, I suffered from depression around this time of year, as it reminded me of my lonely life of rather less than fulfillment.
Now, not much has changed, except that this no longer bothers me. I hope nobody here suffers from Christmas depression; though, I believe it is not uncommon. 
For myself, I just ordered 3
books from Amazon; 2 about character illustrations, the other about himself, though it releases next July.
