We're about the same height, I'm somewhere between 5'9" and 5'10" myself.

5" 8' ON RIGHT LEG, 5" 6.5' on left.

Last time I was measured I was around 6' 2", and that was without boots on.

Earthshine.... You brought up the Hobbit! You invoked Thorin. The Magic and the Dragon go with it. The entire aura of the Tolkien universe. The more Dwarf blood one has the shorter? You yourself broght up the subject and invoked the spirit of the Dwarf King! Why would you speak to me thus?
And what particular controversy? I see none. None at all. I had knowledge of the Tolkien I was happy to share. I said. My Producer owned and promoted the entire Tolkien body of works. You mentioned the Dwarf king. Where did I go wrong that I earned or deserved your rebuke?
