Though my condition is severe, I hope to get some benefit from surgery, despite knowing that there is little hope for improvement.

I had a small taste of carpal tunnel problems in my mouse hand for a little while at work (until I got a gel mousepad). It was horrible, like having back pain but in the wrist.

I hope the surgery goes well.

I hope it will be ok! I know how bad that must be!

Surgery was yesterday; today is the pain and swelling. I have made some progress; now it is time to elevate again.
