Toddler robot provides insights into early childhood learning (GIZMAG)

:lol: This is the 1st I have even heard of this toddler robot, but, apparently, it has been around for a few years. the iCub child shaped robot & toddlers were presented with several toys, whose names & shapes were known, along with 1 which was new. According to this article, both kids & iCub learned to associate the new item's name with its shape the same way. Too much for me to type, check this page:

I saw a short film about robots recently, this was one of the robots they talked about. Unfortunately they didn't go into much more detail about it, since it was an all-ages movie. There was also a robot that could figure out how to fold crumpled towels, maybe they could join forces and create a robot that can do my laundry for me!
