So, Nora are you ever gonna do that fanfic on the red core? Cause I've had some thought about it that your idea could work. O.o;

If it was changed Toby died by different means (so the red core wasn't the cause, or Tenma wouldn't use) and the blue core didn't exist, then it could be pausable.

But it depends on how to approuch Astro's personality, if you'd want him to be a heartless killer or merely a dark sarcastic character with a temper that could lead to deadly consequences. Imagine Tenma's despair at realizing he's created a monster and trying to deactivate Astro, only for him to escape.

An interesting concept though might be if Astro was able to changes the errors of his ways and learned to be a better person that could result in the red core turning into the blue core. But that in itself would be a perilous challenge, no doubt Astro would be confused by the change in his personality, if not frustrated. (Imagine he first deceives people for being a goody two shoes only for those intentions to turn true)

Be an important lesson that even coldest of people can right their wrong, plus...having Astro evil from start to finish would be cruel. O.O
