on average,woman naturally have more body fat then men, and when you drink alcohol your is trying to break down the alcohol and that uses up alot of sugar which in your body is in the form of glucose which your body stores as fat or adipose. and when your organs need the sugar they take it from the fat stores and thus women don't get drunk as easily then men. but also be warned that excess drunkeness kills brain cells.
