the darn drain vent pipes are leacking around the outside of the pipe, so my bathroom flooded.

for the moment the rain and the water in the walls has stoped comming enought for me to have a breather.

Well once the toilet pipe leaked - into my parents' bedroom. They got it fixed right away, but believe me, it was NOT pleasant.
