In the '03 series Astro got his name after O'Shay first called him "Tobio" but then released its his second life and he needs a new name. So he caw a sign called "Astro Omni Tech" and decided to call Tobio Astro.

It was actually Astro Omni Tech Ministry (At least, I think Ministry.)

A.T.O.M. for short. They used Astro for the English name. Whereas in the 80's dub, Elefun's reasoning made no sense.

Kay I was wrong on the 'Ministry' part, it's Modality actually.

See in the dub, they just basically edited that shot by zooming in so that it would focus more on 'Astro'. It actually was A.T.O.M.

I haven't seen the first episode as much, so I couldn't really remember exactly what was on the cover, but I did remember that it had Astro Tech Omni on it, but you cleared it up for me. Thx
