Fine then...but seriously, he made Tobio so angry in episode 49, by stating a fact about robots, then he invented Astro but yet Astro rebels against of him since he made exactly the same mistake, and then shuts him down brutally?

Tenma is basically a person who likes to get his own way, and may even strive for it. After all, we've seen what he can be like if things don't go his way.

Uh, no idea? Hoshie was a minor character at most, only introduced to bring more light to Atom's past. (in manga canon) Although I imagine that he was also very demanding towards Hoshie. It's theorized that he may have been an abusive husband or otherwise a workaholic who gave Hoshie not a lot of attention and time.

In the manga? Not really.

The closest thing there could have been was when he kidnapped Atom's robotic mother and reprogrammed/brainwashed her to be like Hoshie, but that was for Atom's own benefit if anything.
