Well I wouldn't say we ruined Astro Boy but we did a number on him. It's not we completely murdered him like we did to Goku.
BTW if you don't know what I was talking about Nicolas Cage look at this video, hilarious.
I didn't know Cage could be crazy in a movie.

Haha, American Idiot by Green Day (No, I don't like Green Day, but I know the song)
...
I specifically said that I wasn't trying to be racist, and besides, everyone here pretty much knows that not all americans are like that otherwise there would be none on this site.
Why blame me when you also blamed the in the other thread?
But still I apologise for that post, I'll delete it

Cage is most famous in the critical world for his crazy roles. That's why he's always so disappointing when he makes "in-control" roles such as National Treasure. I'd suggest watching Adaptation or Bad Lieutenant - Port of Call: New Orleans (there are many others I haven't seen unfortunately). I'd post a clip of the latter, but I don't think it's appropriate to this forum.

Anyway, you can be sure Cage's crazy persona, and tendency for equally crazy hair, is part of the reason they picked him for Tenma. And also why they gave him that skeletal look.
I'm gonna watch your clip now, it looks absolutely hilarious.
EDIT: the one I was talking about was in it! Just very quick and not complete. XD

I did like Face/Off but John Travolta was better in that movie than Cage, but Cage wasn't bad in that movie I thought. I didn't like National Treasure or Ghost Rider, but they weren't as stupid as the Wicker Man. That was one of my least favorite Cage movies, but wow the guy can be a complete psychopath if he wants to be.

I did like Face/Off but John Travolta was infinitely better in that movie than Cage. I didn't like National Treasure or Ghost Rider, but they weren't as stupid as the Wicker Man. That was one of my least favorite Cage movies, but wow the guy can be a complete psychopath if he wants to be.[/QUOTE]
Hehe, so well said. John Travolta in Face/Off is awesome because he imitates Nick Cage's crazyness. National Treasure, Ghost Rider and Wicker Man are indeed terrible (well okay maybe not NT, but I sure as heck don't wanna watch it again).

*500 metres underground in an rotted cage*
Cobalt: What!? We get imprisoned here just because Imagi don't want us to leak through, so it would be a bigger box office success!?
Epsilon: I know what you mean.
Blue Knight: This calls for revolution!
Cobalt: *sarcastically*: Yeah, once you round up your troops.
Hercules: I am Hercules! None should imprison me!
Epsilon: Sure, sure.
Cobalt: I'm almost out of energy batteries.
Epsilon: Here, take mine.
Cobalt: Thanks but no thanks. It doesn't even fit.
Blue Knight: The humans would pay for this!
Hercules: What are you waiting for!? Let's go fight!
Cobalt: ...
Atlas: Count me out.
Zoran: *sniff sniff* I want O'Shay!
Cobalt: There, there. Don't feel frightened.
*BANGING NOISE*
Hercules: What was that!?
Cobalt: Its Osamu Tezuka! We're saved!
