Yes that is Prime Rose. MANY Tezuka characters appeared in this game, some with completely different roles.

Very nice reuse of the star system if you ask me.

I've never heard of Prime Rose before, she's the only one I don't notice what Tezuka series is she from?

And yesh wuv the star system! XD
