I don't know if I can say I was directly inspired by Astro, but his kindness and forgiveness have always reached me. And it certainly made me feel better to think of him or watch episodes at times I wasn't feeling too good.

I think of Astro all the time to calm me down.
You wouldn't believe how fast I relaxed when I saw the colour blue that is the backround of this website just a minute ago.

The biggest influence Astro has had on me, would probably be my attitude towards helping people. It used to be I was horrified at the thought of sticking my neck out and helping anyone. It always seemed like the things I tried to do went unappreciated or someone would complain about what I gave them not being as good as something else I had. Watching Astro on every episode do it without thinking twice, or expecting anything in return, was amazing to me. Even when something went wrong and people blamed him, he was STILL ready to do his part. Now, when one of my friends need extra money, or help finding something I try and see what it is I can do to help them. Even if I don't necessarily get anything in return.
