Well, not this part because people already DO liquify rubbish; but well I wanted you guys to help me with this.
magic exists in SOME formes right? friction, science and other things.
I needed to know how to turn the rubbish into a coating, since I'm under 16 I obiously can't do this with all this and that in a factory.
but what would your thought design of the shape of the object be?
(around the for of a gun like object, but it doesn't have to be a gun to being with, just a portable thing.)
but can you also help me with the magic part?
