He did "plug in" from time to time in the old manga to download all his acummed data, perhaps in a modern version he gets hit with a worm or virus during the data download?

I think he'd be well protected with multiple layers of defensive programming.

I would think an infected system update would be a more likely attack vector, you would think the ministry would have good firewalls and keep the systems that maintain astro isolated from the internet.

anybody know astro's system specs, os, prosesser, ran, storage, configuration????????
