So where can find them?

The live-action show was dubbed as The Space Giants. I believe the anime was still Ambassador Magma. It's on Viki, so it's clearly going to be on Anime Sols at some point.

The manga could be something that Digital Manga might translate eventually, since they obtained digital rights for the entire Tezuka works. But it might take a while. The demand for this title is very small, it hasn't even been translated in French.
