I found this on Tokyo Denki University's web site, via google translate (which didn't translate everything)

Maybe someone who can read the Japanese might figure this one out, seems to be a quiz.
You can download the wallpaper here, just click on the thumbnail images on the bottom.
There are some new ones up there, including two with Uran.
