how come when i try to connect i get this

I have a dyndns domain name now so my computer can almost always be accessed at atomu.ath.cx which resolves to 207.81.119.161 currently.
In an FTP client your settings should be:

address: atomu.ath.cx
port: 6872
username: ast
password: ast

or in your browser;

ftp://ast:ast@atomu.ath.cx:6872/
