Here is a screenshot of the couch gag of episode 22 in season 15:

Do you think Bart is disguised in who I think? ;)
The real sign that someone has become a fanatic is that he completely loses his sense of humor about some important facet of his life. When humor goes, it means he's lost his perspective.

Imagine Astro having the same attitude as Bart and Homer  .
"Small"yeah, but "gentle and wise"? ;)

I can't figure out what kind of character Marge is representing.

I think this pic also appeared somewhere in a topic called 'AstroBart and UltraHomer', however it must've been lost in the growing dephts of this forum.

Looks like I am one year too late :D
Don't push me too hard, I wasn't here at that moment ;)

I think I will create an index of significant topics, so that I will not need to search for these things. Sometimes it really takes a while to find obscure things.

Just before they land on the bench, you can see some Japanese writing on the back of it:

ƒVƒ“ƒvƒ\ƒ“ƒY
(Sorry, no graphics image. If it appears as fVf"fvf\f"fY, switch your browser encoding to Japanese.)

The characters are katakana, used by the Japanese for foreign words (amongst other things). The phonetic is roughly "Shinpusonzu", or "Simpsons".

And that's Mt Fuji in the background.

Edit: bah, it's still not displaying properly.

I believe Marge is suppose to be someone from Battle of the Planets, but I can't be sure.

Oh, you beat me to it. Yes, she's supposed to be 'Princess' from Battle of the Planets, the super butchered (you think Kimba was butchered?) version of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman!
Bombs vs. bombs, missiles vs. missiles and now a new super weapon to throw upon us all!
