I thought I'd post a question. Is there anything you've seen in your life that makes you think "Boy, how dumb was that?"
Last week I was at my local gun club plinking away with my rifle when this younger guy shows up with his brand new target stand.
Now normal target stands are usually made of soft wood but oh no this young high tech genius wanted nothing like that, nothing cheep for Jimmy.
He built his stand of steel pipes, including two 3 foot long vertical pipes to hold his 2x4 upon to afix his 5 dollar targets with staples.
Now I looked at this marvel of modern shooting design and wisely, I thought it not to hot to be in the same place with Jimmy the Kid and for good reason.
After wracking home the bolt on his AR-15 our hot shot shooter began tearing up the air and just as quickly he kissed the concrete and pee'd himself silly.
3 of his bullets whacked the steel uprights of his creation and wizzed back past his noggin!
Some people shouldn't have their hands on tools...let alone guns.

I once saw I kid poke a sleeping cat with a stick.
The cat in question had done nothing wrong to him, just snoozing in the warm sunlight and enjoying it.
The kid was maybe 6. He comes up to the cat and decides he wants it to play with him. Now being the short attention span he had, he didnt think this out (most kids dont Ive noticed).
He finds a long stick, maybe four or five foot and jabbs the cat repeatedly with it as the innocent thing slept.
I say slept cause after the fourth poke, the cat extended its claws and swiped the kid's face, hand, shirt and arm with its long and amazingly sharp claws.
Now I feel bad for the little boy, but sometimes kids and cats and sticks dont need to be in the same radius of each other.
Thank you for reading
