Have no idea. But some people my friend knows made a pedal prix car and called it Astro. They covered it with Astro stickers.

Well, 'astro' in English is a prefix. I believe it has the same meaning as 'cosmo,' but there may be minor differences. 'Astro' as you call him, is really Tetsuwan (Mighty) Atom, & 'atom' is used as in 'atomic.'
