Alfalfa appears as a miniature (but hardly nano-sized) remote controlled robot in Manga #18, in a story called "Count Bat". Atom's legs were dissolved,


and Dr. Fooler, just happened to have already built the mini-Atom. <_<

In Atom's case, just as in Fry's (see futurama episode "Parasites Lost"), nanorobots are remote controlled miniature versions of the full-sized items. Thus, the person controls or becomes the miniature version, he sees, hears, and feels everything that the remote-controlled nanorobot does. When he moves his arm, the nanorobot moves its arm.

how can a nanorobot moves if the one that controls him is the in need???? from these scene is it dr. elefun that control the nanorobot?

I think Atom's nanorobot haristyle comes from his brother Titan. Titan is a baby robot and has just the same hairstyle. 

first atlas, then came zoran, now its titan???? does this mean they dont have to be dr. boytons creation for them to be called brothers and sisters??? how do they become brothers or sisters??? who decides on this matters who shall be called brothers or sisters to a robot??
