lol. I'm also stuck on that operation as well. I tried everything. from touching the screen from pressing random buttons. I almost messed up my DS emulator from doing that.

I'm just guessing, But I'm pretty sure you're supposed to blow into the mic (like CPR). That's why that bar is there.

Or maybe, if it is possible, you can try to get sound input from a file. This might just produce the noise needed to continue.
