I wouldn't either!
It looked like the animation team was on a strict budget. It took like 40 seconds for the robot to wake up.
Oh man, Korea has the best worst anime in the world.
They've been making better and more original shows recently, but the shows they made in the 1970s-1980s are so bad they're horrible. Some of them got dubbed by what I assume is a group of teenagers in Hong Kong and can be found on cheap DVDs, taking Exhibit A, Space Thunder Kids.
This guy describes the phenomenon best: "Because its gloomy past of being occupied by Japan (Korean war broke out 5 years after Japan surrendered in 1945), Japanese culture is significantly regulated. That includes mangas and animes. Famous Japanese animes were remade entirely or dubbed in Korean and aired on TV. Many times it was done illegally. Well... it didnt' matter if it was done legally or not. Not many people growing up watching these shows knew they were Japanese."
Not to make this scarier, but...there's two Astro Boy clones floating around in retro Korean animation.
I wish I still had the link, but the guy I knew who uploaded all the Korean intros got banned from Youtube in mid-2008.

If that is the case then I wonder what they might have done for Black Jack, Princess Knight and Kimba to please Korean Tezuka fans?
