Is there a bootleg DVD of the entire 60's series?

No.

Except for the raw Japanese version, the bulk of that series was lost. TRSI founder S. Kleckner has restored about 36 episodes, but the video quality is rather poor.

If there were a bootleg version of the raw Japanese episodes, I suppose I would have seen it listed on eBay.

There is a guy who says he has many episodes on tape, and will make bootleg copies for a small fee. <_< I was thinking about dealing with him, but I do not trust him.

The cut footage was never dubbed in the first place. I suspect the first two episodes were cut and joined to pick up the story pace in order to market the anime to the TV execs for broadcast in 1982. After it started showing and began getting translated into other languages, that particular footage was left in. (eg. the Italian dub in 1983 includes both episodes)

I've given up hope of the last 26 episodes being released. At least, as Japanese with English subtitles.
