It's a Cobalt thread thingy! 8D

Astro is totally Type A -- and Uran (sorry) is a "princess/diva" -- they're both the "star" children. Cobalt is the robot for the REST of us "regular" folks out here. Not dumb -- just blessedly average -- and I think he could be an ANTIDOTE to Altas and Uran. You KNOW he's related to AB -- but he's not all wrapped up in the drama. Heck he even cries and leaks oil. And he kinda looks more like Dr. Tenma (tall and skinny, whereas Astro has some heft). And he doesn't have the big puppy-dog eyes, so he can't get over on you with cute faces. Nope, he's more like a REAL PERSON who got born into a family with two superstars.

hmmmm I didn't realize I cared for him so much!! Shame on Tenma for junking him! Guess you could say I am a robot right-to-lifer!!

You know, that's actually a really interesting perspective on things. I honestly never thought about it like that!

Speaking of which, did any of you ever notice that Cobalt's spikes sometimes make him look similar to a kitty cat? They stick straight up instead of how Astro's spikes stick out. I want someone to come up with a Cobalt fanfic -- if only I had time... errrhgh back to work...!! (not that I'm complaining, in THIS economy!)

I wonder what happened -- did Tenma fire 'im up and say, "Oops, my bad! Back to the drawing table?" Wouldn't it be great if someone discovered a hidden cache of Tezuka manga with all these never seen before stories that covered topics like this??

I've actually got some Cobalt fanfics, but I've only finished one that was strictly Astro Boy related. There was another one that Tomato_Za_Kitsune and I made together, but that was mostly based off of the weird RP universe that we made. XD I never finished all my other fanfics though, because I get easily distracted by other ideas. XD

I had also attempted one that kinda went into detail about Tenma scrapping him and stuff, but I never finished it. I'm planning on re-writing it, though, because after reading over what I had, I realized it needed a lot of work. :d oh:
