As for the issue of money I may contribute to the Super Booster myself, but I'm saving up for Christmas, so I'll just play it by ear for now. Regardless, I'd like to help, but the only place I can really think of (that hasn't been tapped) is the Youtube community. Tezuka TV has Black Jack streaming for free on their Youtube channel, so there may very well be some fans of the series on there that aren't aware of Animesols. Or if they are, might not know about the deadline if they don't check the site regularly.

that's great! who knows? it may even be able to purchase in stores like walmart or target someday. But I kinda doubt it with all the region stuff. I'm just glad that the dvds are going to be sold in online stores because it's really hard to find them anywhere else.

Just saw on Facebook that anime Sols has received some of the first DVD packaging for creamyM and BJ. Maybe we'll get our DVDs before new years.

VikiAnime just announced on Twitter that they will stop streaming Black Jack next month. They were also streaming it on YouTube as part of their TezukaAnime channel.

That means Anime Sols will be the only one that might still be streaming the entire series, but only if the current set being crowdfunded reaches its $18,000 goal. If it doesn't, new episodes will stop being uploaded and the site will only have ~40 episodes, and probably won't keep them for too long.

If they had waited to start the pledging for set two until AFTER they actually delivered set one so people could see how good the product was, the response might be better.
