And just in from Anime Sols's twitter, they are extending their Black Friday deal by three hours. HOORAH!

Wow did this ever slow down after the promotion ended. Black Jack would probably have been doomed if it didn't just get a $1,500 donation from someone. And even now it's still struggling.

Why the heck is there so much people from Set 1 who didn't come back for Set 2? Creamy Mami didn't have this problem during the last few days.

I'm pretty confused about that myself, F-Man. My only guess is that some of these people are saving up for Christmas or just can't afford to pledge right now.

Hopefully, it will pick up now that we're so close.

Oh really? I thought that they only just extended the overtime for Black Jack to three more days about a half an hour ago...

The extended overtime is just to let more people preorder with the extra goodies if they missed out. They wouldn't extend the time allowed to reach the goal, since deadlines are what makes crowdfunders work. If you remove the sense of urgency, nothing would ever get funded anymore.

Made it but this time around it was a close call even more so if it weren't for that black friday deal it probably woudn't even have made it but because of that the 24 hour specials still can make it less than 6,000 to go with more than a week !!!

I kinda hope they open the Black Jack OVA crowdfunder sometime in the next few days. We need something to bring new people to the site, people who are likely to be interested in the Tezuka specials as well.

I'm glad it got funded again. I know how hard it is sometimes to actually get things funded around the holidays.
