Hi everyone,

Did anyone see the beginning of the first episode of 2004 series of Astroboy and could tell me what happened because I only saw the ending. Does it show Toby and Dr Boynton, and how Astro was created?

It started with Astro lying down at the Ministry of Sience, Dr O'Shay (Elefun) was trying to bring him to life, Boynton is depicted an evil character in this new series, we dont really know the full storyline straight away, any way something starts happening with the power supply and everything nearly blows up but Dr O'shay fits the plug back in and Astro comes to life. He is refered to as Tobio until Dr O'shay says it is a new start how about a new name and then sees the word Astro on the equipment and calls him that. Thats about all I can remember off the top of my head....

The energy core is called Magnamite in the dub ... isn't that the name of a Pokemon?
