Absolutely wonderful this episode, including the ending. I was surprised by the advanced animation, the blurs were incredable, the air shock effect of Astro's rocket legs was fantastic.

And the bad guy was a good guy in the 1980's series animation, great roll reversal!

Computers have come a long way in Animation in such a short period of time. Once I thought Lensman was state of the art animation graphics even the Lion King was awesome...

Till this came along.

The animation of the 2003 series really kicks butt! I even sometimes wonder if the animation I'm seeing is for real or just my imagination because it's so awesome, incredible, fantastic, amazing, astonishing and EVERYTHING!!! That's why I love the 2003 series, though I have not yet watched episodes from the 80's of 60's to make a judgement. I saw one episode when I as 4 or 5 years old. I think its about Astro's leg being replaced by Nikki's (or Nuka's, whatever! ;) legs.
