UNKNOWN Movie

I posted this on a game website that also deals with movies, but I figured some of the people here would know about the 80s and movies:
I basically tried to look for it for 3 hours on the web lol.
Anyway from what I remember it should of been made in the 70s or 80s ( I do not know this for sure but the special effects certainly seemed like that era )
It has a Terminator LIKE plot
Set after a disaster of earth, Robots rule the world and the remaining humans cannot get pregnant. The robots have decided that rather than destroying all humans they figured they would allow them to live out the rest of their lives until the last human is finnaly dead.
A group has found out a way to get a girl pregnant and needs to get her to the ocean to ship her out to Europe where a resistance is held against these robots and she can be safe.
The hero of the story turns out to be a robot as well with Amnesia, seems kind of dumb I know but I really want to know the name of the movie and it is driving me crazy!!!

Nope not it, I came across it thought maybe but its not that story exactly and the movie was 70s 80s style.
