Already watched Black Jack, Black Jack 21, Black Jack: Two Doctors Of Darkness, and I'm one the last episode of the Black Jack OVA.

I've read the first seven volumes of the manga. It's pretty good. I'm not usually one for those medical shows and whatnot, but I've grown fond of Black Jack...

I haven't seen any of the anime yet. :/ I kinda prefer manga over anime (except in the case of Fullmetal Alchemist, in which they are both separate stories essentially...). Some weird preference I have recently developed, but what are you going to do, you know? :3

....I want to read some more... T_T

Volume 22 of Astro Boy actually has a chapter featuring Black Jack. (In it, Astro plays a human, but it's a pretty good story).

(OFF TOPIC: I also recently picked up copies of "Apollo's Song" and "Ode to Kirihito". Something tells me Tezuka had girl problems, lawls)

The Black Jack movie? It is AWESOME! And its not scary, it doesn't show blood or anything (Like in the Black Jack OVA series... ) It has Rock and Dr. Kiriko ( If you don't know who he is, he is a unlicensed Doctor, and his specialty is putting people to sleep).
BTW, are you thinking of watching it?
