Is ''Tezuka's Ancestor Dr. Ryoan'' any good ?

I just wanted to know about this manga called Tezuka's Ancestor Dr. Ryoan it's avalible in France and i it seems a good story the only problem is that i have to translate it and it's a 8 volume manga does anyone know more about this series ?
