First off i would introduce myself and show him what a fan I am of him, I wouldn't go over board though because he might not want to hang around me if I say I am obsessed with him. Of course I'd show him around my place and where I live. Then I'd problably ask him out once he's comfortable with me. Then I'd probably ask him if I could hug him.
