I know uploading Black Jack or the Marine express to Youtube is ok but I'm not sure about Metropolis.
By having an English American release will I have any copyright problems?
Question about uploading to youtube.

I don't see anything wrong with it. But just in case you should say, "All rights go to Osamu Tezuka. I don't own Metropolis, I'm just a fan." or something like that. I think the worse that can happen, is that they would block a part or two for certain areas (unfortunatly, that's what happened to the subtitled unedited first two episodes of 80's Astro Boy
).

You're not a joke, you fit right in!
So shake it off, and give a grin. Don't be afraid to stand your ground! Crazy, noisy BIZARRE Town!

You have no right to upload to Youtube anything not owned by you or in the public domain. Sharing is nice, but the owners will frown upon it.
