If anyone wants my opinion, I think since there's a Disney Channel, that they should make a Tezuka Channel. I mean, why not, since Tezuka is practicly the Disney of anime. The Tezuka Channel in America, and other English speaking countries, could have re-dubs of 80's and 2003 Astro Boy and Princess Knight (there is an English dub of Princess Knight, but it's very rare, and as far as I know, not availible in the US), and they could finally dub Black Jack TV, Black Jack 21, and the Jetter Mars series, and also air the classic 60's Astro Boy and Kimba the White Lion. Maybe they could also air Tezuka movies such as Metropolis, Black Jack,(I know there's a few movies of him out there), Marine Express, the 2009 Astro Boy movie, (It's tecnichly not an anime film, but Tezuka Productions did help with the movie, as far as I know), and probably a bunch of other anime films as TV specials. What do you think?

Yeah, That would be cool. I don't know about dubbing Black Jack, but it would be cool.
