This book is awesome. Period.

Oh, I added a quick reference note in the file so you know which episode starts on what image.

So yeah. Enjoy. I messed up on some of the pages I scanned, but it's nothing more than I didn't get them straight. xP You can still see them and everything.

If anyone knows Japanese, tell me what the last couple of pages are all about.

I just had to run thought it from beginning to end -- the sketches are so clean and so expressive!! I mean -- he could just doodle off Astro and the gang like they were part of his handwriting!!

Couldn't some outfit -- The Right Stuf maybe? -- reprint and offer this? But I suppose the translation issue is the sticking point. Frederik Schodt we need you now!

I think the problem would likely be that there just is not enough demand for this in the English speaking nations. I myself am often thinking that much of what I hope to put in my book is simply the stuff that only diehard fans would want, & that is a recipe for failure.
