Tarantulas, are they good pets?

Though they are usually docile, they can literally throw their quill-like hairs at attackers. I believe these are barbed, but I could be wrong.

ATLAS: " I am so scared!"
AVATARGIRL: "CAN YOU HELP ME ASTRO BOY?"
ASTRO BOY: "GLADLY!"
What is AVATARGIRL'S PLAN OF REVENGE- THOUGHT she was sweet- ATLAS has driven her nuts- "oh no that means i am......... can't be- going to get you ATLAS!"
