And so signals the beginning of the end.
Brian Thomas is now the lead artist, with Ken Steacy as the writer only. This issue features the new and improved little, rounded Astro, and one of the nastiest plot twists I've ever seen at the end. I can only imagine how stressful it was for Brian Thomas to have to take over after that and turn it around.
Also there's a giant battle with a space tentacle monster for no reason. Astro on a spaceship, a tentacle monster...this throws in Astro Fights Aliens and The Artificial Sun as stories NOW! has taken from.
Review coming this weekend!

"Warp out" funny, the first time a joke in a Now Comic made me chuckle. I liked the 'I don't remember you having a beard' joke too, even if it was silly x3
Wow Elefun and his parents look really good, in fact Astro's drawn a whole tone better and the colors aren't so crazy now.
I love you Brian Thomas.
Most improvement is the story, good how they put the robot rights part in there. If only they'd stuck with this guy and Ken Stancy from the start. But how is it a happy ending, Astro broke into pieces! O___________O

Oh, there are. When Ken Steacy was the artist, only letters fully praising his work got printed. When Brian Thomas took over, 45% of the letters are going "well, it's sort of...uh..."
In related news, seventeeth review is complete! I got pretty mad near the end again, but this time Steacy did something vile enough to require reprimanding...

Dr.Elefuns rogue Robot Girl and her plots have no real end...
I've still got a date with The Cerebus Medusa Girl Bot.
And they drew Uran toooo skinny. And those legs....

Oh well I guess she does have a certain attraction...
Not Chi Chi, but.....
