Here's a little known fact! While the series had its regular weekly premiere on Oct. 1, 1980, the series had its actual premiere on Sept. 6, 1980, as the first four episodes were shown together in a two hour time slot as a TV special preview!
As you all are well aware, the first four episodes are: 1.) "The Birth of Atom"; 2.) "Atom Vs. Atlas"; 3.) "Robot Circus"; and 4.) "Save the Classmate"!
So let's all cheer, Happy 30th Anniversay, "Shin TetsuWan Atomu!"
